	LabRPS began in Spetember 2015 when [[User:Koffi Togbenou\|Koffi Togbenou]] started his PhD study in Southwest Jiaotong University in China. This version also was based on the MFC library but through the BCGControlBar, a commercial software development framework which an MFC extension library that allows you to create Microsoft Office and Microsoft Visual Studio-like applications. This version was not published due the constraints associated with the BCGControlBar license.
